The Story
We created and produced this incredibly urgent, comedic PSA with Emmy-winning comedian W. Kamau Bell in partnership with the Abortion Access Front and their rabble-rousing founder, Daily Show co-creator Lizz Winstead. Aiming to change the narrative around reproductive rights, “Dads for Choice” is an invitation to men and other allies — including fathers, bros, and dudes of all genders and generations — to joint the fight for abortion rights and bodily autonomy. Launched just in time for Father’s Day, the video garnered national attention, including a national TV feature on MSNBC. “Dads for Choice” was directed by award-winning filmmaker Jacob Kornbluth and written by NY Times bestselling author Adam Mansbach (who also co-stars in the video with his partner and three daughters!).
