The Story
Donald Trump, ICE, and even a Larry David-looking judge all want to lock up America’s “master criminals”: our own kids.
That’s the absurd yet terrifyingly close-to-home premise for this sketch comedy series and campaign we created in partnership with Communities United for Restorative Youth Justice (CURYJ). Featuring comedic talents and actors Maggie Reed, Jordan Gomes aka Stunnaman02 (Last Black Man in San Francisco), Frak (VH1’s Wild ‘n Out), and more, this project creatively confronts racial profiling and youth incarceration. The impact campaign continues as we amplify CURYJ’s call for all of us to “dream beyond bars.”
