As ICE storms in, a white-passing Latino foreman is confronted by a ghostly figure from the past.

A provocative short film written and directed by Yvan Iturriaga, Trenches is a surrealist drama playing with satire and magical realism. Starring Nico Greetham (Netflix’s The Prom, American Horror Story), the film tackles colonial legacies and modern-day xenophobia, generational trauma and internalized racism – all in wild and unexpected ways. Co-produced with MOB Films, Trenches is currently in post-production and scheduled to premiere later this year.
